Excellent excellent *excellent* Nieves!
Nieves are basically the Mexican equivalent of sorbetto / granita / snow-cone/ whatever. And the versions here are ...*ridiculously* good, with slim-to-none use of bottled syrups, only organic products, and clean bright flavors.
I ended up going out of my way to swing by and get some of this fairly frequently - it's that good!

Ever wondered how real made vanilla ice tastes like? Here you can finde out.
They have an incredible high ingredient standard. The tastes are deep and fresh.

They sell only two coups for 75 pesos. You can mix the taste.

Waitress offered us to try as many sample flavors as we wanted and then we decided on 4 scoops for $140 pesos. Don’t know why so many negative reviews, maybe we are not ice cream connoisseurs but the ones we had were unique and delicious.

Easy peazy, the best ice creams in Oaxaca. Love the pitahaya, rose petals, guanábana and oaxacan kiss. Super delish and worth the price!

Didn't go to the shop but luckily saw a group of people circling around this cart. Tried the Leche Quemada u0026 Chocolate. Delish!

Popped in for a quick and refreshing treat on one of Oaxaca's toasty afternoons, one scoop of strawberry and one of coconut. It's a cozy space. If you're feeling experimental they also have cricket flavor.
