Jan.9 place is good clean. I did many Americans. Oaxaca is a nice town where I'm staying at. Food was good and very good price.

We thought it would be better. The mollette was so weak…had a very thin sliver of beans and some sandwich sliced Gouda cheese. Waited 10 minutes for pico de gallo and the mollette was cold. Didn’t even taste that great. The pancakes were good enough, nothing special. The papaya juice included the seeds which, if you’ve had papaya seeds, taste terrible. Boulenc is a better option for a brunch spot. Felt like a wasted 250 pesos.

Best Comida del dia I've had in Oaxaca. Very clean restaurant, great service and well above average menu for what is considered cheap eats.

Local spot to eat good enough breakfast, portions are bug, fair prices. Nothing extraordinary.

The food is absolutely delicious and the price range is great.
Side note: the setting is good, but the bathrooms are a little bit odd.

Service was good but the main entrees were OK. The appetizers were better than the main entrees. And the food was too pricey.

This is a wonderful place for breakfast, the food was delicious all 4 times I visited, the service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Parking could be a challenge, as they don't provide it, street parking only.
