Front desk ladies were very helpful and cool. As a single male staying for a night and half I say this place is cool. Showers were good. They had hot water ???? Close to the Centro and bars/restaurants. I was able to checkout at 5pm with a little extra fee of course. And they got me a taxi to take me to the airport.

Menu in restaurant was great very nice staff clean room desk arranged for ride to airport that I could pay with credit card

If I were only to rate this hotel on location and friendly staff ONLY I would give it 5 stars, but it’s not. The room would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The tile were very moldy and the was a small roach on the sink.The towels were dingy and very old. No face towels provided.
Fortunately for us, the location was 5 stars. You could walk everywhere from the hotel. The Zocalo, where all the action is, was a 2-3 minute walk.

I am here on my 3rd week. Awesome Location and staff with a very decent room. Good on all levels. Especially the restaurant, that needs it's own review????

Nice spot. Clean rooms, friendly front desk attendant! It’s a VERY busy and although it says it has parking, the spaces are limited and your chances of getting a spot are slim to none. There is nearby paid parking though.

This is a simple yet very clean and comfortable place. For us...the location was excellent...close to many interesting sites u0026 the So Call which is always a good placeto Find food..gifts..drink
Etc. The hotel's
restaurant has very delicious authentic u0026 reasonably priced food. We extended our stay.

The rooms are very clean and well organized. Locatiion was amazing for a 3 day stay there and the desk people are very helpful.
