This is a great hostel. Family owned and operated, clean/hot showers, free coffee in the morning. The owners Gaby and Esteban were extremely helpful in every possible way. We stayed in one of the private rooms, which is more like a cool little rustic cabana. Our bed was firm and comfy and the room had a powerful fan to keep the breeze moving during the hot afternoons. The location is perfect, and there weren’t a bunch of party people disrespecting the house rules. Loved the hammock seats on the terrace and the cute and friendly hostel kitty was an added bonus!

The hostel is literally magical! Had an amazing stay and Esteban took really good care of us. The hostel is hosted by a really sweet family. Thank you for the warm welcome

I had been asked by someone to book for ten of us to experience mamelas , upon arrival I was cussed out by a rude worker at the front gate , we will never stay here and your worker can learn what it takes to be a man.

A nice hostel in the heart of Oaxaca. It’s closed to everything you want.The owner is super nice.The place is unique and clean with kitchen.Bed is comfy.The atmosphere is like a family.Charged 350 peso for a private room without bathroom.150 peso for shared room dormitory atmosphere.It’s really worth for money.

Wonderful, family atmosphere! Loved the hammocks and chill terrace. Clean, friendly, hospitable. Will definitely return!

I stayed here 1 night, very cheap, 150 pesos for me, super friendly staff, that night felt like 2 cause it was really easy to rest and very quiet, people there were just amazing, very cool roof and atmosphere, if you like chill, this is very chill,
