Iris was a great host and showed us how to make mole negro, a topical Oaxacan dish and tortilla soup. We tried ourselves in making it and it was loads of fun. Iris was very friendly and answered all our (endless) questions. The food was exceedingly good, so much tomorrow we'll go buy dried chilis to make the mole negro at home!
Cannot recommend this enough!
