I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the staff, especially the lady who ran the hot grill, she was so sweet. The green juice was delicious as well as the chilaquiles, the meat guisados and the fresh fruit. The pool and decor in the main area was cute- had a tropical flair. Rooms were average but we didn’t spend that much time there because we were out and about. About a 10 minute taxi ride to the town center ~70-90 pesos for the ride.

Room was a typical 2 star hotel room. Had to ask for towels every day. Had a coffee maker, but had to ask for coffee every day. Food at the restaurant was sub par. "Huevos" red sauce was basically tomato sauce. Green sauce was sour. Asked for eggs cooked hard and came out super runny. Will not go back.

I had an issue with my room and called the front desk who was very helpful and friendly. They solved my problem and got me a new room and even moved my bags for me. What a great staff and awesome hotel!

The hotel is a 15min cab ride from the old town. We wanted to stay here so we cam enjoy the pool but it was a bit dirty.

The room was clean and affordable. They had all the comforts of home (usa). They even lent me a phone charger when I lost mine. It is close to the airport in a busy area. It's good to have some Spanish though as it took me several tries to communicate my needs. I had to wait a bit for a receptionist that knew English. Not long though. My Spanish speaking spouse was out running errands. Room service was tasty. We only stayed one night but I would go back.

Pretty comfortable place, the rooms were really clean, staff were friendly and everything else was good.
