I've eaten here three times in the last four days. Everything is good. Breakfast is great. The staff are as good as it gets. The setting is idyllic.
Fourth time, had avocado toast. It was over salted, and the avocado had an off taste, which made me wonder if they were salting it to hide the poor product. They did offer to remake it, but I had to leave for an appointment.

Nice cafe with a garden seating, food is pretty reasonably priced, about 100 peso per dish. The quiche of the day was good. We got cinnamon roll influenced by all the comments about it but it was pretty mediocre except for the caramel and pecans on top

Great food (slightly out of the ordinary) for a decent price.
Service was great and often attending.
Relaxing atmosphere with its unique environment.
The only downside might be it's location in the city.

Great location to enjoy your breakfast or lunch outside in the shade of tropical trees. The Cappuccino was exccellent and you have the choice between 1 or 2 shots of espresso.
The food is super tasty, looks good and came within 10 min after ordering. Really worth walking up here.

Chepiche Cafe is my favorite breakfast spot in Oaxaca. I’ve been here 3 times and ordered different things every time. All have exceeded expectations.

I’ve had the huevos rancheros, huevos ahogados and torta ahogada. All of them pack a strong flavor punch per bite and with all the different colors, flavors and textures on the plate, your taste buds don’t get bored. It’s really delicious til the last bite.

Service is great and the ambiance is calm and inviting. There’s plenty of shade and every server I’ve had has been so kind and attentive. Oscar, my server, spoke excellent English and chatted with me about my dog (who also loved all the dishes) and gave him a bowl of water.

What I love is that no matter what I order, it’s great. I get such anxiety selecting the right dish when I travel, but I can say just order what sounds good to you and it will be made well. When the torta ahogada came, I wasn’t really sure I’d like it since it’s a sandwich spot in half and sopping up some sauce, but I gobbled that up in 5 min and literally wiped my plate clean. Doggie approved.

Ate here twice and had exceptional food for the prices. Highly recommend the torta ahogada and the rol de canela, chilaquiles were solid but nothing spectacular. Love the patio space and the overall vibe!

Excellent place in Xochimilco neighborhood. Cosy garden and attentive staff, efficient with delicious food. It's worth to get out of the main center hub. On a Saturday morning there was music to make it even better to sit here. A place that I recommend and that I'll visit again!
