Great service. Nicely decorated. We got 3 rooms out of 4. All of them had outdoor. The “Carmen “ room have a bath ???????? on the terrace.
They cook for you every morning, freshly made from scratch , lots of breakfast options

Great room and everything was on the road to perfect until the last day when the staff decided to change breakfast hours and deny us the complimentary breakfaat because of kitchen “maintenance” that we never saw happening.

No solutions or prior notice were given by staff (we even asked that morning about breakfast hours and were never told).

Too bad, as it soured a great experience.

The hotel and staff were great. The rooms are spacious and beautifully minimalist. The breakfast was delicious. The host, Mario, was very gracious and helpful.

The only reason I'm not giving this hotel 5-stars is because of the noise. There is a small market right next door that played very loud Mexican dance music from about 11-5pm sometimes as late as 7pm every day. It was so loud, since it shared the wall of our room, that we had to keep our doors to our beautiful courtyard closed, the fan on, and earplugs to be able to take a nap before going out to dinner. Luckily it wasn't during the evening or night but it made our 'retreat' from the busy city nonexistent.

I didn't see any other reviews complaining of this so maybe this is just a short term market? Regardless, if you are sensitive to noise, make sure the market is not open or request the 2 other rooms on the other side of the hotel. I hate to provide reviews based on something that might be out of the owner's control (not sure if the hotel has asked the market to keep the music down) but we would not have stayed here if we knew it would be so noisy.

This is a great boutique hotel experience in Centro. with only 4 suites, you get a lot of personal attention from the staff, and mario the manager is extremely helpful. we stayed in suite amador and loved it, very spacious, quiet and well-appointed. the breakfasts were sumptuous. Carmen is a much better experience and value than Sin Nombre, where we also stayed. Highly recommended. We'd be happy to be back.

This hotel was small and cozy. The staff was excellent. They allowed us to check in really early after getting from a red eye flight. The rooms were big and comfortable. The staff was so nice. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. I would return to this hotel for sure.

Beautiful and quaint little hotel. Phenomenal service. Staff was always very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat.

Only word of concern is avoid booking excursions or taxis through hotel they are overpriced compared to norm.
