Wow! What a treat to stay 7 nights at this amazing boutique hotel. I have a video of the room I'll post separately. The service is beyond a 10. All of the staff from check in to check out, were the most caring and attentive I've ever encountered. LGBTQ friendly and this is noticeable from the check in desk to art throughout the hotel. The hotel is very romantic! Breakfast in our room or on the terrace every morning was lovely. Fresh flowers were placed in our room several times during our stay. We arrived the week before Guelaguetza but there were two parades happening last weekend in preparation. The hotel sent us a message and attached the parade route, we were lucky enough to be on the corner where the parade was turning. While we could have enjoyed the parade from our balcony, the staff arranged chairs on the roof so we could watch from there. It was so amazing! The hotel is located within walking distance to just about everything in centro Oaxaca. We walked everywhere without issue. There's a great little torta shop on the corner next door and no shortage of food choices right outside the door. My only wish list item would have been a small fridge in the room and access to ice. There is an OXXO right down the street though so I made use of that several times. Really just ask amazing stay and we can't wait to go back again. Casa de siete balconies made us feel like family (but better! ) we will definitely be back in the future.
