Room key didn't work at all, several times. None of the staff were wearing face masks. Got a refund and left from incapable workers. Too bad, beautiful interior.

This place not what is advertised. Rooms comfortable, no coffee pot. No microwave no refrigerator. AIR OK don't drink the water
Restaurant, breakfast ok. All else, awfull tasting food.
No hotel shuttle, neighborhood not good for walking anywhere, one convenient story, xoxo a few hundred yards away little selection.
Almost feel stranded.

The staff was awesome, I had incident that had nothing to do with the hotel that brought me to tears. The staff especially Gabriella and was so wonderful to me. Thank you all for your wonderful service and compassion you showed me

This hotel is good, perhaps not for everyone. Nor every occasion, however it is clean, very large rooms. In the morning, the breakfast is great and good service.

Not bad, maids were great but dont use laundry service overpriced and 2 and a half days late.

Good hotel for reasonable price, excellent service. Not at last the restaurant is five star
