Terrible... had to go to 3 different cashiers to pay...and still couldnt ... finally in the fourth try a nice gentleman was able to pass my items...expected more from Palacio de Hierro

It's nice, it does have a gourmet place to eat that is quite good, but not enough brands in my opinion but they do have a small selection of good clothing.

Overall a great service. No problem with the exchanging or returning policies. However if you need a fridge or washing machine installation, the process can be annoying to say the least.

Terrible value. Very overpriced. That on the side if you're the target audience service is great and variety is good. If you have a membership the rewards are great and absolutely make you feel special. Food area is excellent if you know what you're looking for.
