We went here for the first time to have breakfast and our experience was disappointing. It began with us sitting down, asking for a menu in English and waiting to be served. Other tables were being sat down, their orders taken, and drinks being brought to the table while we waited and tried to waive over the waiter. After not being acknowledged, we got up and left. On our way out the waiter finally acknowledged us by saying goodbye. It leads us to believe that foreigners aren't welcome. We'll be taking our dollars and spending them well elsewhere. We will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
