I usually find the things I want.
Disclaimer: This not the place I go to when buying groceries.
I visit for specific products or for last minute shopping, as it is near my daily route.
In my kast visit it offered me just the product I wanted and even discovered it was on sale.
Warning: If you walk a lot, know that the entrance to this market is very susceptible to flooding after a rainy day.

An organized, well stocked Walmart that is easily accessible from the main road. It is very visible. It even sells FLAN! A superb shopping experience overall, and I hate shopping at Walmart.

I just purchased a "brand new" washing machine last week, it was a 1 day delivery which is prety good (I guess they had the item in stock, so that's a no brainer...) the customer service was great from JUST the salesperson.

My washing machine came without 2 rubber pieces for the base of the machine. (I would like to clarify that one of those 2 parts require a screwdriver in order to get removed. I chose not to complain because as in many other mexican stores they will wash their hands by simply saying you signed as receipt) and because I know where to find those parts easier and quicker.

Oh and also, no instruction manual came with my package nor written guarantee and it was half open, thank god the washing machine was in perfect state (besides the rubber parts) so... yeah, I am going to limit my purchases to groceries and personal care items at these stores and I'll definitely will spread the word.

Great place, enough parking place, big warehouse and organized. I'd give it 5 stars but it needs a littlw more variety of products, and cashier lines are closed it's usual to find it crowded before your exit.

Typically 3 carts per line while most of the registers remain closed.
Stay away from fruits and vegetables area since crew delivering goods curse as if they were in a traditional market.
You report it to management and they say "we will take care of it"... This has happened at least 3 times and I do not go with my wife there every week.

Wife goes now to Soriana that its just behind.
Lines are clear, food is great and staff is really polite and friendly

Walmart parking areas are not secure in Mexico, they are not protected so make sure that you are not leaving something in your car. The Walmart is a Walmart, nothing else to say about it.
