The food is really good quality, just look out before taking some extra food for granted. Sweet bread, yogurt and some side meals may or may not be included in the meal. Juts ask before eating them.

Bad practices, they put bread on your table without telling you it has an extra cost expecting you to eat an incurre in an extra charge. Same thing goes for the yogurt/parfait you are offered it without knowing there is an extra cost. The problem here is the bad practice or luring you into doing something without being told. Dont blame the workers but management. In any other country that is a NO!!

Bad service... or lack off.

Waiter chatting in a corner and not bringing menu, saying hi or anything.. had to sit my self and wait to be helped
