Worst place I’ve been to. If anyone comes here expect your order to be all messed up and top of that COLD. Seems like hygiene is not a priority. If you get a chance to go anywhere else just go and invest your money in a better place.

Excellent, nice place, new for me I know this restaurant long long time ago the one downtown in Monterrey but this one is much much better, more space not crowded, excellent service and we'll served food - enough. All 5 stars and more.

I went with my family to the Sucursal Linda Vista location and had a really bad experience. We placed our order and after what seemed like an excessive amount of time, a waiter with a large order approached our area of the dining room. The waiter seemed confused as to what table the order was supposed to go to. Another waiter approached the first order and they just looked around. They then left the area and took the order throughout the restaurant looking for the right table. After a long time the waiters appeared again and it turned out that the order they had been carrying around was ours. Needless to say, the food was cold and the waiters simply served the plates in a haphazard way without bothering to get the right plate to the right person. They then left without any apology. The food was cold or at best lukewarm and the waiter simply offered to heat up the individual plates. When we left the restaurant we were able to talk to the captain who to his credit was courteous and said that he did later find out about the order problem. He explained that unfortunately they were having difficulties with the waiter training and that he had been sent from the downtown location to straighten out the waiters but that it was taking time. I would like to add that the downtown location has always had excellent service and this was the first time I've been to the Linda Vista location. Hopefully the service improves but I'll be going to the downtown location from now on.

Good food.. nothing to crazy or over powering. Equivalent to all night dinner. Family friendly, people talking all the time and having good conversation.
