I had a very unpleasant experience during my one-month stay: the headphones of my iPhone were lost (stolen) and when I let the manager know, he only responded with vague arguments without providing a solution to my problem. When commenting with other employees of the place, it turned out that those who were responsible for cleaning my room on the day of the events, already had a history of complaints from other guests and even then the administrator did not take action on the matter.
