The hotel is very well located, with the standard comforts for Staybridge. I stay in lots of Staybridges and am loyal to the brand and experience.

However, regarding this property:
VERY basic TV, mostly in Spanish, no HBO, no NFL, poor quality sports channels
They don't sell beer/wine. When asked, they cited that is the brands' policy, except that not only does EVERY other Staybridge sell beer, but all the other hotels in the area of the same class.

The amenities of this hotel simply are considerably BELOW the standards of most Staybridges which is very unfortunate. The staff is loverly but it appears ownership and management are not.

An excellent place to stay in during your business trips. The place is located in a beautiful part of San Pedro, you can take a walk or a run safely in the area. There are plenty stores, coffee shops and restaurants around.
The rooms are confortables and well equipped.

Being an IHG club member have to say that Staybridge Suites Monterrey is an A + member of this group.

It has been my first time at this hotel in Monterrey and for a very short period have to say, but is very likely to others Staybridge I've been.

Not going to post pictures of the rooms as that you can see on the website, what I can witness is that the beds are very comfortable, the same as for the pillows, even the couches on the small living room. And for the rest of amenities, the same quality. The pantry there is something that daughter loved. The breakfast the next day was just awesome ???? !! As I love to eat, one extra point compared with the hotels in the states is that the eggs are natural and delicious. Loved the coffee and fresh fresh fruit. After that, we went out to the pool area just to chill out and relax in a very quiet place.

Internet service worked great although there were 6 of us using it at the same time, the room was neat and clean in all aspects ( I know this could be like a hotel policy, but please remove bathtubs and contribute to use water conscious )

The hotel location, well in the most wealthy neighborhood of Latinamerica. There's this lovely walking circuit surrounded by trees in front of the hotel, a few convenience stores two blocks away walking. The famous centrito Valle very near. And like a 10 - 15 minutes uber drive will take you to the Macroplaza and Barrio Antiguo.

And believe it or not. The stay on this cost me cheaper than the Airbnb options I was looking for Monterrey, and the two I could select over this hotel, have very bad reviews for the owner. So I'm happy to decide for the Staybridge as our choice for our weekend getaway. And as always, this has been my experience. Go ahead and give this hotel a try and see it for yourself.

Instead of providing a hanger for the door knop to skip house keeping, they give you a magnet that you can attach to the door frame.
I have put the magnet on the door frame not to have housekeeping enter my room. However I have discovered that they had entered my room and made the room. I have informed the front desk about it, and they used the excuse that the house keeping staff was new, and must have missed the magent that was attached to the door frame. The front staff asked if anything was missing, and I informed that I don't recognize anything yet, but that the soap bar was missing and requested to bring a new one. The front staff stayed in my door apologizing, and I suppose he was waiting for me to say it is OK, and drop the complain about my privacy being violated. I informed that I will check if anything was missing, but meanwhile asked for the bar of soap.
The soap never came, and after 30minutes I had to go to the front to aks for it myself.
It could be a small issue, but small things matter when being away from home, and Stay Bridge is supposed to bridge home and away.

Really enjoyed staying over here. All services were great. Dalit house cleaning with sanitary measurement.
Good service for breakfast, one staff was there to put things in tray or carry bag (based in your wish) with was really good in this pandemic.
Specious room with all amenities available.

Staybridge Suites at San Pedro is my home at Monterrey whenever I visit. It provides a homey atmosphere. Breakfast during COVID times is still handled very safely and healthily, which is very good. And it has everything you need. Location is also very prime!

I have been traveling to MTY for the past 13 years and always stay at the Staybridge when I can!! The staff is always warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and well appointed and the hotel is in a safe area located close to good restaurants and shopping. Also, the breakfast they serve is much better during these pandemic times than any other hotels I have stayed. Good work Staybridge...
