Everyone was very polite, knowledgeable, and kind. The room itself was amazing comfortable pillows and bed great views. Awesome air conditioning! Breakfast was okay not over the top. They do have room service and there are some pretty good food choices. We traveled for a wedding that was near this hotel. Over all the other hotels near by this was the best one.

Luxurious! I received 2 queen sized beds for 1,500 pesos compared to 1 queen sized bed at Holiday Inn for 3,000 pesos. Very large and clean hotel with kind employees.

Ok hotel, clean rooms, pretty decent for the price. Most of the staff is nice, except for this guy wotkimg at night, always with a mad face, and looking like he is forced to work. Im currently staying here and cant wait for my stay to be over, i paid for 4 people, and they only gave me 2 towels and one washcloth, ONE WASHCLOTH, i have never been in a hotel that does that, and when i called them to ask for more towels they brough 2 extra towels, i told them i needed more washclothes and they said they cant give me anymore because they picked up 9 towels this morning, knowikg damn well the day before they didn't do housekeeping, just thre im some towels. Breakfast is ok and warm, good variety. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, i have been in cheaper hotels with way better service, plus the parking is very uncomfortable to get in and out.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. I liked the hotel. It was close to family that lives in Monterrey. Has a parking garage. Only thing I didn't like was that they left two towels in a room for 4 people.

We arrived late from the airport at 1am.Check-in was hassle free. Clean rooms. Limited menu breakfast but good enough. A perfect stay within our budget.
