This is a fun little statue in the water but the museum. While it isn't something you have to see if you come to Monterrey, it is a nice area to sit down and catch your breath.

It is a 10x20 meter fountain and allows it to be observed from different perspectives to discover the reptiles among the scales of the earth where they swirl. The style of Toledo turned urban monument, tourist attraction and political brilliance.
