Nice staff ! The room service woman was super sweet she made me feel comfortable and very welcomed after changing my soup a million times as well. Affordable prices and the rooms are nice. Will be coming back if I stay in this area again .

Great hotel for the price. Pool on rooftop is so beautiful you have such a good view of monterrey. The fresh watermelon juice is divine. Definitely suggest if in the city

Wrote about the necessity of an early check in, never received an answer and had to pay for an extra night.
They asked me to pay for it when I asked for a spoon to take to the room.
Hospitality not flexible at all.
Waitress put added tips amounts multiple time without asking.
Hospitality hanging up the phone and not calling back more than once.
Room service pushy and insisting.
Both terraces closed when they should ve been opened.
Food quality astonishingly bad.

My staying in the hotel was fine, but I had a bad experience with the food.

Me and my wife just had dinner in the hotel, they forgot my wife’s plate, and brought it one hour later.

We order buffalo wings and they brought us BBQ wings saying that they run out of buffalo and forgot to tell me.

They charge you their tip (120 Pesos) without even asking you.

The hotel is good but the food is really bad, just wasted 920 pesos in food that doesn’t even taste good.

One time they didn't hold our reservation for a suite. That was bad. They gave us a room with a fridge that didn't work but they changed it. Breakfast was good a la cart

I have almost to beg for waiter to attend me at restaurant, the food took soooo looong to arrive to the table, I'm very unhappy. Tough the room was good, but I think is the least I can expect

Quiet...... not even a single glass in the room, no coffee maker, but an ice bucket !,,,
Tiny washroom , toilet squeezed between the sink and the wall. Don’t deserve any star rating at all. Small room sizes. Had two rooms, 401 and 403. 401 is just big enough to hold a queen bed.

Requested a couple of glasses, and they took a 410 peso deposit. No one was manning the roof top bar. This hotel is too basic. I have used enough Radisson properties, but this one needs to improve a lot.
