Nope. I'm sure they made the roll early in the morning or before the day and keep use it. (arroz seco) they just cover it with sauce.
rice was very dry and hard (sure it was made long time ago.) if you want to work like this, then you should cover those rolls well until you use.

roll has a no ingredients,(sin ingredientes). only rice roll. the kitchen is not a play ground guys. staffs should not get in the kitchen for giggling.

The food is good and tasty. The place is nice and clean but sometimes the waiters ignore you when you pay for the limitless buffet of sushi rolls.

It's an okay Sushi Buffet, you definetly get served what you pay worth, and maybe a little bit more.
Sushi is not that good though, for a "sushi bar"

Excellent food and taste. Slow service, reason of -1 star, but everything else is great

It's ok, waiters can be easily annoyed and don't really love the work

Nice place to have dinner and the buffet is really awesome
