I love IHOP! And the gifts! Did you know that you can get a Belgian waffle for free on your next visit if you answer a survey?
Personnel is always nice, facilities are clean and neat, restrooms are usually pretty good. The only thing I have with this new venue is that the windows are too much! And the manager wants to keep the blinds up blinding the customers but ... If you tell the waitress twice she will lower then for you again.

Good food, but mgmt needs to train staff. Efficiency does not equal.waiti for a your orders to be ready before yo deliver ready orders. Food was not hot

The service was quick and friendly while the food was wonderful! I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette. It was delicious! I also had the Super Greens juice. I didn't think it would be sour, but it was and half of it was froth. I probably wouldn't order that drink again based on my personal preference.

The coffee was nice and strong. the place was super packed. The food breakfast was tasty.
The waiter was super nice very attentive as everyone else that works there.

First time at a IHOP. I was not impressed with the service. And the food was mediocre. Too overpriced for the overall quality.
