It was okay. Everything work as you would expect - the water was hot, the air conditioning was cold. But, it was dirty. Not just "it could use a fresh coat of paint" dirty, actual dirt dirty. The floor wasn't swept, there was garbage on the floor right outside my room. The floor on the first floor needed to be mopped badly.

My stay could have been better. My room didn't have a working air conditioner, i saw hairs in the shower and the toilet didn't work. On top of that the phone didn't work for me to call reception and change rooms. I only stayed 1 night as my vacation was a short one but i didn't want to have to deal with such a hassle. And the guy at check in could have been less rude.

It's a great place of you're just looking for a place to crash down and rest. Place is clean and confortable, the personnel are niece and quite helpful if you have any question on how to move around the city, the rooms are not big.. But just enough to have a great sleep.. The only thing I would change is the seals in the doors.. Light would come through the edges of the doors.. And I do have some trouble sleeping when there's some light around. The food was great.. They offer a complimentary breakfast... With your stay.. And it's OK.. The only draw back.. Is their internet service.... A bit inefficient.. Other than that.. Good place to rest

Location is good next to subway station. Hotel is not as fancy or new as other ones a bit more north but clean enough, and also cheaper. Service was nice letting us into our room before check in time and kept my bag in storage after check out

Front desk, cleaning and restaurant personnel do a great job in this outdated hotel. The entrance and lobby was always too busy because of an immigration service offered in the hotel. The area is not the best for tourism but the advantage is the subway station across the street.

I stayed for a week, I had reservations at a different location, when I arrived my cell phone was dead, I told the girl at front desk if I could charge my phone to double check if I was at the correct place, she said I could. After my phone being on, I was at the wrong location. I ended up staying there, great staff they make you feel welcome, they are very helpful with details of you need directions, they give you a complimentary breakfast. (choice of eggs or pancakes) I would say the area is okay, it's close to alot of places, bus station, stores, theres a little convenient store on the corner.Rooms have AC/heater that works great, theres a safe in the rooms, and a bar on 2nf floor that you can go check out. The reason why you might see cops outside all the time is because they stay at the same hotel, so that's a plus. They also don't let anyone just in at the hotel, especially after 7pm, front desk and security always check unless they see you and recognize that you stay there. Hotel over all it's a good place to stay if you wanna stay close to everything. They let you do early check in, if they have rooms available. The bad things about staying here, it kind of gets loud in the mornings due to traffic, (that's didn't bother me) if anyone is walking down the hall talking you can hear them, the wifi has a horrible connection, and the elevator takes a little bit to get to your floor. Over all it's a good place to stay if you're just trying to save money, staying for a night. I would definitely stay there again, I had a great experience and would recommend it!

No star!! dirty just because of lack of manegment over housekeeping!!! an white walls lol what a joke only good part was the water pressure.
