For the price is really not too bad, there's all the services including Wi-Fi, Cable and Ac, very clean, maybe a little more comfortable pillow but everything else is good!

It's not fancy but it has what you need if you're looking for a quick and cheap solution. It has A/C, cable, hot water and you can walk to and from the bus terminal. The MacroPlaza and Interplaza/Cinepolis are only a short Uber ride away. (40 pesos or 2 USD)

My advice would be to bring your own towel and small blanket because the ones provided to me were unsatisfactory. The doorknob to my room was loose so I had trouble unlocking the door when getting in.

I was also told that the surrounding area is dangerous at night. I'm from the US but I blend in when in Mexico. However, anyone else can just Uber from the front door like I did.

It only cost me 300 pesos (14 USD). I was only in Monterrey for 1 night so this spot worked for me. However if you're on a business trip or honeymoon, I would definitely recommend going to a nicer place.

This place is the best you will find. The price is very good, rooms are clean, nice big comfortable bed, hot water (even though it took me a bit to figure out how to work it) it seemed very safe even though some people said the area is not the greatest at night (its near a lot of bars and girls walking haha) Also the wifi was difficult to connect to but worked ok once i got on
