Very rude, NO WIFI, ELEVATOR IS out of ORDER, was charged for a 3rd person to stay in a double room but could not receive a 3rd towel. There are no fridges, or microwaves, or 3 room sweet like i paid for. They said they didn't receive my reservation at first, and then I was told I purchased wrong room, and come to find out they were right, but when i looked at the room i was asking for it only had 1 bed not 2. SO, not even possible if possible. Then breakfast.... It is advertised to be 14 pesos per person. I enjoyed the food. it was good. not much but it is only 14 pesos, right. NO!!!! or WHO knows. I Guess it depends on who you ask and if the person is honest or not. I watched 3 other tables come sit down to eat and leave. NO CHARGE. Before i Returned to the room, I asked the front door man where do i pay. He said i can pay him. I asked how much and he said, 25 pesos, I questioned him, and ask what about 14. He shrugged his shoulders and said 20. I know 6 pesos isn't alot. I'm mostly aggravated with the staffs dishonesty.
ALSO every morning, you will receive a call at 8 am asking if you are going to be checking out. CHECK OUT IS AT 12 NOON. WHY!!!!!
IF YOU ARE A TOURIST BEWARE!!!!!!! THE STAFF WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!!!! I SEEN AND EXPERIENCED IT MYSELF!!!!!!!
