Front desk staff were very nice and you get the feeling that its gonna be a great experience.
You get to the room and it all changes.
Awful smell. You can tell they rarely wash the pillows and sheets.
Never going back..

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.
Dirty bathroom, dirty toilet , we didn't have a shower curtain!!!!
Bed sheets smelled to humidity.
Worst experience ever

Horrible place, rooms were dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was so disgusting. Horrible food, stinks, and costumer service need wants to help.

Lobby entrance it’s nice and makes you think the hotel is in the same condition and isn’t. Room has a weird smell, lots of dust on lamps , table, phone doesn’t work. The faucet is broken, sheets are stained. By the way, I have asthma and this dust is killing me as I write this review.

Great regular hotel, everything is quite good, clean and comfy. Pretty good breakfasts. Good location - markets, stores, cafes right next corner. Amazingly comfortable bed, a lot of clean towels every day, air-conditioner, cattle, coffee sticks, tv, bathtub useful things. Polite and helpful stuff.

Rooms could be more clean, the ac was not working very well. Great location and price according to the facility. I won't stay there again unless I can't find a room on a different one.

I just want to say i have never stayed in a horrible hotel before until now. It smelled strange in a bad way and carpet was dirty, well actually the place was pretty dirty like they dont clean them just do the beds. It was warm as well and definitely not worth $1700 pesos. Dont let the first floor fool you bc i will say the entrance looks really nice. If i known how bad it was i would have not payed even $900 pesos for that place theres nicer places for the price and i asked for a refund as soon as i saw my room and said i couldn't get one. I aslo forgot to mention the first room they gave me was in the 4th floor and that room was hotter and and much horrible then the second room they offered me. My advice is to ask to see your room before you pay.
