Hotel is $300 pesos per night for a single/double bed. $100 pesos posted outside on sign is for "ratito" not for staying the night. Good WIFI in lobby but doesn't reach most rooms very well. Little shared fridge in lobby. The rooms have a TV with a few channels, but good air conditioning and decently clean. They do change the sheets and comforters everyday and mattress still has original plastic bag cover so hygienically acceptable. Beds are too hard for more taste but for $300 pesos you cant expect much. Some have bad springs so change rooms if you get one of those. The lighting inside the room is dim and not good for reading but for sleeping is good because the light from outside doesn't wake you. Three blocks away from Soriana Express supermarket. Two OXXOs each about a block away. Three blocks away from Central de Autobus station. Four blocks away from Metro station. Major bus routes to tourist areas pass right in front of hotel. So in that aspect well located. 15 minutes away to Fundidores Park by bus (Pesqueria). Only bad thing is a lot of sleezy bars nearby. Not a problem during the day but after 10 pm street looks ugly with drunks and really skanky prostitutes. So get to room early and lock yourself in. Good value if you just want somewhere decent to sleep and rest, close to downtown and don't mind the neighbourhood. Cheaper than youth hostel and you don't have to share a a room or bathroom. Also hotel is not surrounded by sleezy bars like other hotels closer to Central de Autobuses.
