Perfectly located to be on the river. Staff was ok. Not really the out of the way helpful type. Garage slots are TINY so if it’s full on concert nights it’s really hard to park under ground. Room smelled like humidity and seems like they have severe leak issues. Comfortable beds and spacious baths. Restaurant was exceptional, lots of traditional Mexican food options daily. Good hours. Fair price. My rating is mostly on location and restaurant. Probably won’t stay here again.

Rooms were a good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Uber is very available. Lots to do locally without travelling far. Hotel restaurant had good food and the breakfast buffet was very well stocked. Overall the lobby and restaurant was clean and well maintained. Two tv's in the suite was a plus. Rooms were modern and had a good design and surfaces.

Some minor room issues: Maybe the cleaning staff had a bad day. Had to ask for the floor to be cleaned. It had some mystery spots on the floor and we didn't get shampoo or soap but the couple we were with had them in their room. Our bed sheet had a footprint on it, most likely from the laundry, but it was in an obvious place. There is no way it wasn't noticed while making the bed. Fridge was iced over completely and needed to be cleaned. The windows in both rooms I was in were filthy on the exterior and covered in grey exhaust dust. I had a suite with a small couch but it was stained and could have used a good cleaning.

Lovely staff, I cannot say enough nice things about them. Room was cleaned daily, shower was hot u0026 water pressure was great. They have some toiletries for free (just no deodorant) and they gave us great suggestions on where to shop and eat.

Fundidora Park is across the street, and several shopping malls within 10-15 minutes by taxi or uber. We had no issues with getting an uber from the airport to the hotel.

They have a Chili's and Beke Cafe attached to the hotel. The food is scrumptious!! We never tried any other places. Beke Cafe serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It was so nice to be a patron of their restaurant because the staff is lovely and the food is beyond perfect. I wish we had a Beke Cafe in America!

Some staff spoke English, but even those who did not were very gracious about our very limited Spanish and did their best to answer our questions.

We will 100% return to visit and stay here again. Thank you everyone for making our trip to Mexico welcoming and comfortable.

Liked the location and the staff was good kept renewing for 5 nights. There's a chilli's next door. The swimming pool is a disaster though.

Great location by the fundidora park and arena monterrey concert venue. That’s the good. Unfortunately, this is a misleading hotel. The lobby is gorgeous but rest of the hotel is very dated. The gym is very underwhelming and the pool is closed with Covid still being used as an excuse years later. Lastly, the rooms facing the streets are extremely loud during the week. However, the manager was quite friendly and tried to make things better.

The Hotel itself is pretty good, The room was clean and agreeable, the view it offered was less so, But the staff very friendly and accommodating. It is within walking distance from the park Paseo Santa Lucia, that is a big plus. If you can, or have the time, take a walk there, it’s refreshing and beautiful.
