Holiday Inn Monterrey Valle, an IHG Hotel

La limpieza es nula, solo tienen la cama y no limpian ni superficies ni el baño. A mi llegada encontré una botella de agua vacía atrás del buro, eso prueba que no hacen la limpieza correctamente.

Pesimo servicio por parte del personal de recepción, muy mala experiencia al hacer check in y la peor al hacer check out, tuve que rogar que me refacturaran y todo fue por un error del personal

Escojan otro hotel para sus visitas a MTY, este es pésimo. Seguimos en una pandemia y la limpieza es vital

Excellent room and service. Room was extremely clean and overall hotel appearance was on point. Did not have breakfast there due to prefer going out (Frida Chilaquiles). The only thing that I recommend would be for parking purposes (leaving the hotel), to have a better and faster system. Either enter room card key or something and not take longer to exit if your in a hurry. Other than that, great place to stay and cheap if you ask me for the area that your located in and availability of things very close by.

The overal experience was quite good, but there was a constant droning noise in the room. I was informed that it was normal, and due to the cooling sistem of the hotel. It disturbed my sleep several times per night.

We had a very nice stay here over a few nights. Staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is the key access on the elevators is very touchy and a pain to use. Other than that, highly recommended.

Wonderful hotel. I usually don't stay in holiday inns because they are usually ragged but this one is very nice and the food is amazing.
Will stay again.

We had an excelent experience at this hotel. Great service, rooms were very clean. Hot water was on Point. Enclosed car garage was great. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Nice view though but they need to fix the Elevator card reader to access to your Floor and Room every Day that i stayed there had to come to the front desk and ask them if they can activate My Card key other thing was not enough water was coming from the shower faucet i think this will be my last time I'm coming here????
