Fisher’s is a seafood restaurant in the Punto Valle shopping center. We went on a busy Saturday afternoon as the Covid restrictions were relaxing a little. The decor and atmosphere is an elevated beachy feel, but with beautiful Monterrey mountain views. The menu has many “a la carte” ítems. The food was decent, prices were as expected, and the servers were cordial, But I got the impression that the kitchen was struggling with the uptick in customers. My husband’s tostadas de pulpo arrived 20 minutes after my quesadilla de camaron y arroz de camaron. One other observation: it’s a bit of a strange mix of family’s with young children, and at the next table people partying with round after round of drinks/shots. I will visit again before making my final recommendation.
