Stayed here for 3 weeks straight for a procedure, the food here was absolutely terrible. Every meal I had was from Uber eats because the food was inedible in the hotel. Had some good moments and most of the staff were pretty nice. I made sure to tip every person very well u0026 be a good guest. At the end of my stay I asked one of the staff if they had a washing machine, they told me that they can wash clothes. They gave me a form, with 4 separate sections and one of them very clearly stated “no additional charge,” so I was under the impression it was free. I brought a bag of laundry, they did it and then after it was done they said I owed them $3052 (Mexican pesos). I was super insulted that they didn’t warn me how it actually did cost money, I would have gone across the street and paid $2/$3 to wash it myself had they properly explained to me that this was an absurdly expensive service. I had even been there for 3 weeks and probably was the longest stay they ever had u0026 yet the “best they could do” was give me 20% off. It was a total slap to the face, considering how well I had treated all their staff, tipping very high in every encounter and being very friendly. I had to Pay $160 Canadian dollars for my small bag of laundry to be returned to me. I Felt totally scammed. Ruined my stay. I’ll be coming back to Monterrey in about 6 months and I definitely won’t ever be staying at this hotel again. They lost a good customer. Wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. There are better places that won’t prey on people who treat them with respect and generosity.
