Good and bad. More bad than good, sadly. The good: easiest checkin ever and close to many eating options. The bad: room was plain and generic without fridge not enough towels. The toilet lid came lose on day one. Day two the shower handle came lose. The bed was not comfortable and the sheets did not look super clean. The staff at the breakfast buffet was not super helpful either day. Prob not staying here again. Friends had better luck same days across the street at Fiesta Americana.

Worst hotel in the area. Unfortunately I stayed for 3 nights.
First, the hotel is hard to find from the parking lot, after I finally get to my room I find empty food containers next to the bed, used soap on the bathroom vanity and in the shower niche, the toilet seat wasn’t clean, then I went to take a shower and there no hot water and what water comes out is a dribble, then the repair guy comes to fix the shower what was an inconvenience That lasted a hour, on my second from last day I waken by someone banging on the door like the police shouting though the door at 8.30am even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. I have no idea what that was about.
Also the parking meter doesn’t take 200’s, or 500’s so It’s even difficult to leave this dam place.
Do your self a favor ms skip this hotel, stay at Camino Real across the way. It’s a older hotel but the rooms are very nice, staff very helpful and I enjoyed every minute of my stay.
Only reason I changed is because the pool looked better and Camino Real Fashion drive. That was a mistake
I only added 2 starts for the pool staff. Great poolside service

Great location in the middle of a bustling city. Lots of good places around for dining and shopping. The hotel itself is so so. Bad plumbing. Some staff not very helpful.

Room 2617. Shower stopped twice in the morning mid-shower, and cold water fluctuated so shower when it was on was scolding hot or tepid.

Check in took around 15 minutes despite no queue - there was confusion over my luggage that I'd left with them as I'd arrived before my room was ready.

Breakfast not a great offer. They were unable to serve a black tea, instead presenting a fruit tea. Other items were not well stocked.

Coffee tray had just one coffee pod. Glad I'm only here for 1 night, not 10 like my colleagues. On positive side, the bed was comfy and the AC was effective albeit noisy.

Great hotel clean and servers are extremely helpful and friendly, however room service I had was aweful and food was taken back twice. Besides that awesome

Very mediocre hotel, as expensive as others nearby (SAFI or Camino Real aside).
Check-in is a joke, seems like from the past century.
WiFi is a shame! ~3 Mbps!

Clean modern hotel. With access to shopping and restaurants in most affluent area of Monterey Mexico
