I think I've finally found my Japanese spot. This place reminded me of when I was stumbling across a corner restaurant in Kyoto and it has all the dishes you are looking for. With a complete vegan and traditional menu, the Ramen was close to perfect, the Dimsum and Shumai tasted homemade. This place is not over priced and definitely will be calling this my local spot for my Japanese food cravings.

V Ramen is SO DELICIOUS. They have a huge menu with other dishes in addition to ramen, including Japanese curry, tonkatsu, taiyaki, onigiri, gyoza, etc., and it just goes on and on. They have A TON of vegetarian options, too (including vegetable broths for the ramen, and even portobello tonkatsu!), which was a wonderful find. The staff is amazing, so kind and they genuinely love working there. We will definitely be back often. Thank you!

The dishes are amazing, the taste of the curry is delicious and the okonomiyaki, one of the best!!!

The vegan tantanman ramen is rich, creamy, and delicious. A nice sized portion as well. And they have much more than ramen on their HUGE vegan menu! Had excellent sushi, inari, and other sides. All above average.
Have also had exceptional service here. The prices are reasonable for most everything and the wine bottles are some of the cheapest I’ve seen in CDMX.

Amazing vegan only menu, had some great gyuza and ramen! Tons of choices , and a real heaven for vegans!

Super solid, with some nice Japanese-Mex mashups on the menu, including with the creative ramen roofless options.

10/10, I would definitely go again. They had many options and they all tasted great. They had many toppings for ramen, both vegetarian and traditional, not to mention the wide variety of dim sum, dumplings, and even skewers.
