It was rather empty tonight. A lot of servers standing around talking to each other. The menu is pretty standard and written in English for people from the United States that don’t speak Spanish, but you need to know how to order in Spanish. They automatically take a tip out for to go items. They ask you - 10, 15 or 20. I don’t know if that is customary to Mexico. This doesn’t happen in most places in American, definitely not at Cheesecake Factory in the United States.

I’m suspicious, I love the food and the several cheesecake options. The one in Mexico has a lot of space and good service. If you don’t want to wait, arrive before 7h40pm

TCF is one of our go-to restaurants when in the US and this chain in Mexico did not disappoint. It almost feels like you are in the US! Everything is the same - ambiance, look, food, portions, quality BUT for a better price. The dishes seemed like they are cheaper compared to the US. The service could be better though!

The most important thing was the food, and it was great. The service was very long to have food prepared, they gave us plates without utensils and I had to be my own waiter on multiple occasions, but the outside dining and food made it worth the long wait.

A place where the quality of food and service are consistently good. The size of the servings ar huge, and the bread is awesome. However, for same price you could eat at much better places, but then those other places don't have those big tasty cheese cakes. Some times you just crave confort food.

Friendly staff, quick service, immense portions. My daughter and I shared our main dish.
