Honestly, just avoid. Aggressive staff, completely dead venue. We ordered a beer each and they tried to charge for a whole crate. They were completely unreasonable and threatening, and even tried to keep hold of my phone unless we paid. Overall, it ruined our night and we would strongly recommend avoiding at all costs.

Do not go to this place. We ordered two micheladas and they brought us two liter sized steins of flat beer (which was undrinkable) and charged us $25 US. The staff were threatening and the whole place is seedy and basically just a huge predatory scam. We initially went there because we saw pictures online of pool tables. They lied and told us they had tables when they actually don’t. Avoid.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! If I could give 0 stars I would.
The WORST experience here. Firstly, the venue is awful and is not a terrace at all- it’s a bar with some open windows. When we sat down we asked could we play pool like it shows online, which weirdly we were told no and then that we could after we ordered a drink. We ordered 2 micheladas we didn’t even want to be able to play, after which we were then given stein sized poor beers with a stale tajin rim. Finally after no more service and the fact it was obvious we weren’t going to be allowed to play pool- we got our bill. They tried to charge us 30$ for two micheladas, and would not agree to change the price despite the fact they weren’t micheladas or what we ordered. The staff were horrible, the place was grim and the experience really wasn’t what we wanted for our first night in Mexico. AVOID!!!

I never write reviews but I feel like I need to for this place…DO NOT go here! They overcharged us for drinks we didn’t have and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid. We were a group of girls and the men working there were extremely aggressive and threatening towards us which was very scary! It ruined our last night in Mexico City :(

Wow! Where should I start?

1. They told us they had food and lied
2. When we got in they dropped a box of 60 beers and told us WE HAD to pay for it
3. No food
4. We had to negotiate to pay a fraction of the beers
5. Then we had to drink those beers in an areas with a whole bunch of broken glass
6. Once we drank those beers and AUS group was trying ti escape and they told us they were trying ti scam them too

Most scammiest place I’ve been ti in Mexico. And I have been all over MX. WHAT A SHAME

Do not enter in any circumstances. Go home instead. We (Europeans on holiday) ordered 8 beers and afterwards when we wanted to leave they made us pay for the whole crate (20 beers, which we did not order). They were aggressive and threatening and tried to steal one of our phones. Avoid.

Try to charge more than what it cost. Only accepted Cash even though others paid with card. Waitress probably kept the extra charge.
