Love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the small outdoor patio, especially the swings at the counter. And the Costras are delicious. Try one with the spicy tamarind sauce. Yum!

Tortillas were bad, like the pre-cooked type, so they were thin and kind of sweet. The guisados are ok, although variety is limited. The offer beers and micheladas. Prices are decent. Seating is uncomfortable. Staff is friendly and a bit slow. Not very authentic overall.

When we finally decided, my girlfriend and I were very disappointed. First the drinks, a clamato that wasn't tasty or cold and a beer that didn't taste like anything at all, I don't know if it was because it didn't have any gas or because it was probably diluted with water. Then we decided to take a chance on some burritos as they are supposed to be their specialty. We ordered one with a crust, which was very brown to begin with and did not taste like cheese. Both burritos were super greasy and we couldn't tell the flavor of any of the ingredients. We only ate so as not to waste but the truth was an unpleasant experience, I don't understand where they get good opinions from but I think that several places in that area are highly overrated. Regular service, they were not rude but not very attentive either. We went at an hour hour there were not many people. We ordered a morita chili sauce and it was super sweet but somehow it masked the bad taste of the burritos. I really hope they improve those aspects, they can start by hiring a good chef.

Siempre que pasaba por aquí veía mucha gente; de lejos se veía bien y leyendo algunos comentarios pensé que era un buen lugar para botanear y tomar algo. Cuando por fin nos decidimos mi novia y yo nos llevamos una gran decepción. Primero las bebidas, un clamato que no estaba rico ni frío y una cerveza que no sabía absolutamente a nada, no se si porque no tenía nada de gas o porque probablemente estaba rebajada con agua. Después decidimos arriesgarnos con unos burritos pues supuestamente son su especialidad. Uno lo pedimos con costra que para empezar estaba muy dorada y no sabía a queso. Los dos burritos estaban súper grasosos y no distinguimos el sabor de ninguno de los ingredientes. Sólo comimos para no desperdiciar pero la verdad fue una experiencia desagradable, no entiendo de donde sacan buenas opiniones pero creo que varios lugares de esa zona están muy sobrevalorados. El servicio regular, no fueron groseros pero tampoco muy atentos. Fuimos a una hora hora no había mucha gente. Pedimos una salsa de chile morita y estaba súper dulce pero de alguna manera disfrazaba el mal sabor de los burritos. De verdad espero mejoren esos aspectos, pueden empezar contratando a un buen chef.
