I watched a "Taco Tour" documental for the USA folks and this place was highlighted as a must-visit Taco place. However, as a Mexican, I can certainly confirm that there are thousands better places than this one. And cheaper by the way.
The famous "Cochinada" does not taste to anything. It just feels like grease in your mouth. Just the pastor with cheese tacos were quite tasty, but nothing magical.

The meat from the tacos have a very good flavor. I had the pastor, bistec, sudero, campechanos. I like the campechanos the best and then the suadero. Price per taco is $17mx. The only negative would be they are real small taco.

This is certainly a must for taco lovers, highly recommended of you don't have cholesterol issues, very friendly staff and very quick service, the 'cochinada' is optional but try it at least once in your lifetime

"Cochinada" is a mix of meats cooked confit-style. These tacos have several textures—crunchy, oily, salty, spicy.

This is definitely not you typical taco stand and you should really give it a try if you can.

The tacos campechano come with cochinada – burnt bits from the bottom of the frying pan – by default. You'll want lots of lime to cut through the grease. Not sure I'd come back for this.
