I ordered a kind of soup, they took only 10 minutes (I saw it) then I asked if that was mine and they told me that my order wasn't ready, after 40 minutes they called me and gave the soup I saw 30 minutes ago. At the moment when I told them the situation they said that I never asked, actually I asked my money back, the accepted it, however, at the end, they told me «enjoy your food» :(

They spend a lot of time preparing the food, in a not very busy day I had to wait for more than 30 min and I lost my movie at the cinema...
