Just as any other Starbucks, friendly service but the parking lot on the strip mall where it's located is insufficient and gets filled quickly (particularly in the mornings); you can't park on Castorena avenue or you will be towed away, you may park in Chedraui's parking lot a few feet away but that's a hassle if you just want to pick a drink or food and run.
