You know SB always pranks with your name, right? Well, I thought I can do the same; it made my day 3 times - and the staff could also appreciate it. If everyone who goes here does this, they will definitely be discombobulated

The classic franchise. Same as always. High prices (for mexico at least) and not quite the bang for the buck. They're allright, service is nice, place is nice, the beverages... Pretty mid honestly for the price.

Nothing personal against the workers or the coffee or anything, but every table and chair is uncomfortable, and it’s on a very Main intersection, so every few seconds there is a huge, very loud delivery truck, garbage truck, enormous gas truck, or bus, SO SO LOUD HERE. Maybe they need to enclose the entire cafe, because it’s not enclosed, and it’s just too loud to be outside. It was the least enjoyable coffee break I have had in Mexico City. Very uncomfortable all around. If you’re in the neighborhood and want a coffee to go, go for it. But if you want to sit for a while and enjoy yourself for a moment, there are a thousand other more enjoyable coffee shops in the area, I will never come back to this one.

Cashier was awesome! I explained I didn't "speak Starbucks" and she was super helpful. Lemon pound cake was great, coffee was meh

Very friendly service, but NO A/C i was sweating more inside than outside the coffee shop.

Great personel and internet works always great. Good spot to work at. Except the outside area sometimes could use more fresh air..
