Modest hotel with friendly and helpful staff.
Rooms have zero soundproofing so you will hear everything in the hallway at all times, even knocking or people opening other doors sound like they're in your room, can be annoying if you're trying to sleep or enjoy some privacy.
I tried the breakfast buffet and found it overpriced, would avoid in the future. Any coffee other than americano/filter isn't even included. Shower also strange, low pressure. Otherwise, considering the price of rooms, a solid and reasonable place! ????????

I have stayed twice at this hotel and it was totally worth it. The location is such an advantage cause it’s a 20 min walk from the cibeles fountain among other very nice restaurants, bars and just the roma neighbourhood. The rooms are clean, they have a laptop compatible safe and they are pretty comfortable. Also when you get there the hospitality service is very comforting and they are genuinely paying attention so that you have a great time.

Terrible rooms super small and no isolation whatsoever, you can follow conversations in both rooms next to you simultaneously at 2 or 3 AM. Worst breakfast EVER, definitely better having it somewhere else. They give you a coupon and bring you fruit OR juice, eggs OR bread, no milk products included, poor quality of everything, and so on. First morning they "forgot" to give me the coupon and wanted me to pay a fortune for it. Most unfriendly staff as well. The manager I spoke with was the only friendly one, but still. Wouldn't recommend it.

Me and my husband stayed there four nights while we are in Mexico City! Great location in Roma neighborhood. Rooms were very clean. Friendly staff! Highly recommend.

Wow!! I trully wish Google would allow a higher rating for this hotel.
What it may lack in updates it really makes up for it in customer service.
From the moment we booked they were always very quick to respond to our questions.
This was our family's first visit to Mexico City and due to the service we received at Stanza Hotel, this will be our go to hotel for years to come.
The hotel rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There are safe deposit boxes in the rooms which are very convenient. They also conveniently offer laundry services. There is a restaurant in the first floor which conveniently offers late night room service.
The hotel is located in a nice, safe and walkable neighborhood where you will find everything from bars, restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies.
There is a park located across the street which is always bustling with people enjoying different sport activities at night.
From front desk clerks to housekeepers we received honest and superior customer service.The Bell boys are a great resource for directions and getting the best taxi fares for outings and tours. Thank you Alejandro for always going above and beyond to give us directions and get us taxis.
Our belongings were always safe and our room was always meticulously clean upon our return in the evening.
I can not believe we got much for such a low price, I look forward to going back as much as I can and am happy I found our home away from home when in Mexico City.

Aged hotel in perfect location. Very clean. Helpful staff whose English is fair. Bargain priced compared to Four Points half a block away. We stayed two separate weekends and were happy.
