Oscar Reyes Hernandez was such an amazing help and provided great customer service in helping choose and order our couch. He also went above and beyond in finding a solution when it arrived broken during the delivery. The man deserves a raise! We’ll be back to buy more and will find him to help us.

Great men's clothing and some very good deals. In the U. S. I'd never shop at Sears (if I could even find one anymore), but in CDMX they're very good. Also, this location has an extremely gay-friendly selection of underwear and shirt designs straight men are unlikely to wear.

Overall a nice shopping experience. But it is quite small in comparison to other Sears shops which equals up to less variety of items.

Discounts in shoes such as Caterpillar and Brantano can be found these days, employees are willing to help when needed, the perfume section is the only one lacking of personnel to assist the customer.
