Sanborns was known at one point to be a good restaurant now it's horrible to say the least. It takes the waitress 10 min to arrive to take your order, wrong by the way, no greetings nothing then it takes about 40 to 45 min. to get your food, which is cold and greasy, obviously the waitress doesn't check on you until you have to find her to pay your check. The place is very big , about 40 tables with only 3 waitresses which is not enough, poor girls. Then to top it all off I had to spend 1000 pesos on medication because by the time we got home my wife and I were vomiting with fluent diarrhea which lasted all night. Luckily our one year old did not get any symptoms. Sanborns? never ever again and a star is way too much for their service.

Just Ok, standard samborns, we ate lunch there, the waitress brought my food, and my daughter's food, and 17 minutes later my wife's food, and she only ordered a ham sandwich. Didn't ask if I wanted a coffee refill, just took cup when I finished. Didn't bring us the bread and chips that come standard with any Samborns meal, and forgot my juice. Waitress not friendly or helpful.

I needed an invoice from this particular Sanborn's location for expenses reimbursement (As I was on a business trip) and when I called to request it the mother******s told me it wasn't possible to create an invoice (which curiously enough is a requirement by Mexican law) and then hung up on me just like that Do not buy from these people, food is awful anyway.

It's a good place to eat. They also have a store with variety of things (toys, jewelry, candies, magazines and newspaper, electronic devices, etc)

Seems like a place with lack of attention and too overpriced. Despite of that, there are some things that you can't find on other places.
