***This review is for the restaurant at the Sanborns on Calle Zurich.***

We had lunch at this location twice. Both times we enjoyed the food and the relaxed atmosphere. This is not a chic place, but just a good place to have lunch. Their food is tasty and the wait staff is cordial and efficient. They bring the food timely and at the right temperature.

Their very popular enchiladas suizas are very tasty and filling. They are not spicy, though, and that's a good thing. We love spicy food but sometimes a lovely tasty dish is all one craves.

I don't like the store, or the way I'm treated when I went there. I was followed by two security employees the entire time I was there. (I am the ceo of one of Mexico's largest energy companies).
I do not recommend Sanborns for any products. Very ignorant management and security staff. Terrible experience on July 4th around 10pm. Security staff should be fired, they would not be working for my company.

Racist security staff with low levels of intelligence. Can't tell a shoplifter from an Executive Director. Very racist, I do not recommend that anyone affluent shop here. Low quality products, horrible food.

I went there for a quick lunch and ordered the suggestion from the server. It was a chicken chipotle, I got my food and cut into the chicken, it was raw and just seared. They take it back put it in the microwave and bring it back it was still raw. The Chef said it was not but my server said he agreed with me. Manager was very nice and comped the meal. But not a good experience.

Busy mall with lots of different shops inside and a cinema inside. Located next to the Soumaya Museum.
