The owner of the room guaranteed me by WhatsApp messages, by phone and in person that the food is enough for my 60 guests, that there is always food left over, that I should not worry, the lady guaranteed that my event in terms of food and room ( package that we contracted) was going to be excellent,

And like everything, there are always guests who don't come to the party, 13 people cancelled, young Diego, at 6 in the afternoon tells us that there were approximately 10 liters of food left over that we need that number of toppers so that we can take the food with us , due to the rush, we did not bring toppers to the event, however 1 hour later, we got the pots for the food, and "surprise" there was no trace of food.
Diego told us that since we didn't bring the tupers at the time he indicated, because there is no food and that we do as we wish, what's more, he ran us out of his room, he told us to "arrive." What bothered the young man the most was that, we complained to him, if the meal was for 60 people and they canceled 13 of us, and there was not a single plate of food left over, THEN, IF THE 60 PEOPLE HAD GONE, WOULDN'T THE FOOD BE ENOUGH? Where is the formality, the seriousness and the guarantee with which the deal is made? They made their rules very clear, which we comply with 100% and they pay us like this?
The room is made of sheet metal and we repeatedly asked if it had leaks "they told us NO" that it was guaranteed "and it turns out that yes, and not one, it has several leaks".
It is a pity that my event ended with those deals, because we went to have a good time, it was settled in a timely manner, we did not breach anything, and that in the end they fired us, and that bad treatment by this young man.
Oh well! He was very clear in telling us that he didn't care about customers. That what we said was worth to him.

Salón el “Globo Rojo”.
Por este medio quiero que conozcan mi experiencia con el Salón el Globo Rojo y lo hago público porque no es grato que nos den un mal servicio por algo totalmente liquidado.
El de 2 de julio se realizó un bautizo para 60 personas en el salón “el globo rojo” ubicado en alhelí 70, ejidos de san pedro mártir, Tlalpan Ciudad de México.
sin embargo y es una lástima que la dueña del salón , persona a la que se le liquidó y con quien se hizo el trato final, no fue la persona que nos atendió el día del evento, dejando a cargo a su hijo de nombre “diego”, un joven que por teléfono y mensajes de WhatsApp, muy amable ,pero en persona, apático, sin servicio al cliente, con prisa por que se termina el evento, con cambios al momento, y muchos detalles que con la señora dueña del salón, lo dejamos en claro, no se cumplieron , porque, éste joven no tiene el tacto para dar un buen servicio,
la dueña del salón me garantizo por mensajes de WhatsApp , por teléfono y en persona que la comida es suficiente para mis 60 invitados, que siempre sobra comida, que no me preocupara, la señora me garantizo que mi evento en cuanto a comida y salón (paquete que contratamos) iba a ser excelente,
llego el día! Y como todo, siempre hay invitados que no llegan a la fiesta, nos cancelaron 13 personas, el joven Diego, a las 6 de la tarde nos dice que sobraron aprox 10 litros de comida que necesitamos ese número de topers para que nos llevemos la comida, por las prisa, no llevamos topers al evento, sin embargo 1 hora después, conseguimos las ollas para la comida, y “sorpresa” ya no había ni un rastro de comida.
Diego nos dijo, que como no llevamos los tupers a la hora que él indicó, pues ya no hay comida y que le hagamos como quisiéramos, es más nos corrió de su salón, nos dijo que ya le “llegáramos”. Lo que más le molesto al joven fue que, le reclamamos, si la comida era para 60 personas y nos cancelaron 13, y no sobro ni un plato de comida, ENTONCES , SI HUBIERAN IDO LAS 60 PERSONAS, NO ALCANZABA LA COMIDA?. Donde quedo la formalidad, la seriedad y la garantía con la que se hace el trato? Ellos pusieron sus reglas bien claras, las cuales cumplimos al 100% y ellos nos pagan así?
El salón es de lámina y en repetidas ocasiones preguntamos, si tenía goteras “nos dijeron que NO” que estaba garantizado” y resulta que sí, y no una, tiene varias goteras”.
Es una lástima que haya terminado con esos tratos mi evento, porque nosotros fuimos a pasarla bien, se liquidó en tiempo y forma, no incumplimos en nada, y que al final nos hayan corrido, y ese mal trato por parte de este joven .
Pero bueno! Fue muy claro al decirnos que a él no le importaban los clientes. Que le valía lo que nosotros dijéramos.
Para quien tenga la intención de contratar los servicios de este salón, “el globo rojo”, les dejo mi experiencia, espero que la suya sea buena.
