More like 3.5 stars. It's pretty neat. I went when it was practically empty. The service was kind and quick. I ordered a cubano express and pan de muerto. The pan was okay. There are better breads put there. The coffee was delicious! The atmosphere is cool and the storefront looked interesting as well. I'd definitely try this place again.

Very cozy place, with great dishes (their specials and snacks are fantastic), which offers a very original esoteric experience. A must-go to grab a bite and drink and have a very unique experience!

I went there yesterday with a party of 6. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. First, the waiter we requested a table to was very rude telling us to go to the other restaurant to see if they could accomodate us there, since he had just received a party of 7, however, the place didn’t look as busy as one would assume it would be if they asked us to go to the other place. There were two empty tables outside. When we got to the other place, the waitress was all stressed and also received us with an attitude. She wanted us to go to the other place to see if they could accomodate us. Then, she told us her tables were only made to sit 4 people, that the best she could do for us was to put two terrace tables together and that was it. Well, we had to do it ourselves. We even had to look for an extra chair we were missing. Then, she came to our table just to tell us we would have to wait a long time in order to get our order, since it was full (why wouldn’t she tell us to simply go some place else because she didn’t want to wait on our table?). Afterwards, it took her ages to come again to take our order. They didn’t have what we wanted to order eventhough it was on the menu, they haven’t changed the September menu for the October one, they wouldn’t serve breakfast even if it was just minutes after the hour and despite the fact that we had been waiting for a long time… that’s when we decided to go some place else. Anyways, either they get more staff or they start training their staff to deal with stress and not take it out on the customers.

Nice place. We went for Halloween and it was decorated accordingly. Service was good. The girls were kind and attentive. The pumpkin pie could have been better, but it was alright. I loved the little details, such as the cinnamon witch on my chai. There are a lot of little things to see and get a smile on your face, from the menu to the displays on the walls. It’s cute.

Wonderful place full of magical trinkets and craft things also clothing and souvenirs, staff is really nice and the food is just as good as it looks, the lavender cake is a must
Also try the wraps while you enjoy sme of the magical tomes available for consult

A good place to hang out with friends but not great if you're hoping to get work done. The hot chocolate was tasty.
