First off, Roma Club is pretty good value for what it is. If you use the pool, classes and the gym regularly, it's a steal! The size of this place is immense and they have a lot of classes.
The bad stuff? Pool entry is only on the hour, every hour (and only certain hours). Want to go swimming at half past? No, you have to wait another half an hour. Seems a silly rule when the pool isn't busy.
Equipment is showing its age, especially in the weights room. A mish-mash of weights in both KG and Lbs abounds, it's not always easy to find what you want. Having said that, it's large and usually not a problem getting on what you want.
Changing rooms are fine, but a few times I have experienced very boisterous men acting like schoolboys, joshing and shouting, playing their music really loudly. But... There's a sauna and a steam room which is a boon for any gym.
So, mixed feelings. The staff is good, the quality isn't bad, the size is big - it's still a good value offering despite the pitfalls
