The staff was very patient and helpful. Homemade breakfast in the morning is delicious! The rooms are a comfortable size and very clean. Pro/con is that it’s a building in the city, so it’s very loud. Convenient location easy walk to the super market and shopping malls. The kitchen did not come with any utensils, plates etc. No television in the rooms. But definitely worth the price!

Positive: Location good Breakfast lady was lovely. Negative: It was cold, hard small beds dark in kitchen, no equipment to cook with, Very noisy from motorway traffic and from paper thin walls inside..

Negative: This appartement was not maintained properly and not clean. The kitchen lacked necessary utensils, and the bathroom was dirty. There were very few lights there, and the noise from traffic was very loud. I would not recommend this appartment..

Positive: I like the location! Walking distance to the heart of Polanco, malls, museums u0026 stores!. Negative: It’s not announce, you have to track it by the address!.

Mold in the bathroom, no daily cleaning, some people just cancel guests calls as soon as they hear english.
