Came to stay for about 3 days and my family visited for a couple of hours (2hrs) and they came up stairs with a bill of 1,000 pesos for the extra people in my room. We tried to explain but we came with an agreement that we would simply pay for another room in which we still all stayed in one room for 2 hrs! The food was very basic at the restaurant down stairs, won’t really recommend. The rooms are very basic- no microwave no refrigerator, you leave a deposit for any extra things you want, example - towels and pillows

Really bad service especially Pablo and Griselda, we had to change our reservation instead of 2 people 3 all women and they wants us to separate.
We doesn't agree and they even follow to our room to make sure the 3 person doesn't stay.
We feel really scared so left and didn't stay even though we pay.
Don't rent a o room, they really bad

The location was great. walking distance from buffalo wild wings and other food places. The hotel rooms were ok but we didnt have a microwave nor a mini fridge or a coffee maker. We didnt know this hotel did not provide these luxuries that we are used to getting at other places in the usa. They did have a restaurant located by the lobby and they brought us the food and drinks we orders, we just had to tip them, if we knew that we would have gotten the food and drinks by ourselves but oh well other then that the rooms were perfect for us on this vacation. the city was gorgeous hope to see it all one day.

Basic facilities but clean room, in good state of repair. Junior suite bit on the small side for 3 people, and 3rd bed is just a little fold out camp bed. All beds extremely firm. Seems to be mainly domestic tourists that stay here, so no English spoken. In a very quiet residential area, just next to the ring road, so little in the way of neighbourhood noise. On the downside it's about an hours walk from Zocalo, with the nearest Metro a 10minute walk.

They charge you even when you cancel two weeks in advance.
They lied to me telling me they were going to refund me and never did.
Booking contacted them and they sent booking a receipt for their own bank deposit. NEVER reserve or stay here . It took me 3 months to get my money back after they charged me even though i had never stayed there

For the price we paid it covered my expectations. It was clean, customer service was good. Its an old hotel but it has been well maintained. I would stay again if needed.

Friendly staff, the hotel is nice and good location to explore all areas of CDMX. My only disappointment was weak wifi, 90s dial up was faster.
