The food is delicious, to say the least. The service is quick and efficient, but in their rush, they do not contemplate warmth with it. Perfect place for lunch, when you have little time.

The pozole I tried was overcooked you barely could see the difference between the pieces of meat in it and the flavor was kind of different from the one I have tried ..it looked like the pozole was made days before!

Great for people waiting for someone at the offices, but overall a business lobby/mall

Plaza Polanco overall is not a good place, is empty, doesn't even have toilets although the few restaurants. If it was not for the great Boba place it would be closed

It's a pretty sad place, with four office towers and banks, some sad restaurants and businesses in the main hall.
